Reply from WJFB about Problems

- Posted January 21st, 2024 at 3:11pm
I don't know if you have noticed in the past few days that WJFB has been having problems broadcasting their channels. When it happens, it would look like they weren't broadcasting at all. I emailed someone at Weigel Broadcasting and just received a reply. Here is their response.

"We had an issue at the site that started Thursday eve just before 9p-Friday just after 2a then again Friday morning just after 7a until just before 11a then again on Saturday morning in the 8a hour that was resolved at around noon. We believe we are now in a stable situation. This impacted local WJFB Nashville only."

So, there you have it. Until more news breaks, that's all for now.

Good to know about WJFB. Also BIZ TV is a new channel on 39.5 (RF 16) from WHTN.

Let me put an end to the Nashville OTA news drought: // New Channel, Merit Street, Coming to Nashville OTA // Trinity Broadcasting and Dr. Phil are partnering on a new channel, Merit Street, to hit Nashville April 2. The flagship program will be Dr. Phil Primetime, a brand-new show featuring the long-time talk show host. Other programs will include a morning news show and programs featuring Steve Harvey and Nancy Grace. The channel will appear on WPGD 50.2. TBN has already rearranged its other sub channels on 50 and an announcement slide about the channel is currently airing on 50.2.

Good to see the Nashville OTA news updated but Nashdigie has probably been busy lately.
